SNIPPETS…Part 2

Those random thoughts that run round my head, looking for a piece to land in. My writerly laziness has not yet found a home for them. And so another round of snippets..

Seek out those from whom your heart need not be hidden.

Fall madly passionately in love with many but never marry any. Marry someone you like and love will follow.

How shall the masses be entertained without false news to rot the brain.

The best of time is measured in memories not minutes.  Tis better to suffer the pain of  memories not time long gone…

Let me linger amongst the artists where no artifice exists.

Tis better to swallow your pride than choke on your grief

The past should never be dwelt on nor denied. It should simply be a rear view mirror consulted for reference and reassurance.

May the memories you hold dear be the balm for your broken heart.

Always invite the neighbors to your loud festivities. People are never annoyed by loud music they are invited to.

I’ve come to the conclusion that my NOT TO DO list is more important than my TO DO list

Sometimes the high road can also give you car sickness.

May the measure of your success be in the currency of your contentment

The reason we need Artificial Intelligence is we have lost the ability to manufacture real intelligence.

When the going gets tough, the tough buy new play season theater tickets.

I’ve accepted the fact that I will never outlive my office supplies.

I prefer the petty validation of perfect strangers- the stranger the better.

The generation not affected by the pandemic has not been born yet.
